Cynthia Weberg Biography
As a professional with over 15 years’ experience in sales, customer service, consulting and operations with a billion dollar company ( American Express ) who has been recognized as one of the Top 25 employers in North America. When American Express closed all their offices in British Columbia in 2006 rather than being transferred across the country I chose to become a Licensed Realtor and joined MacDonald Realty the same year.
Macdonald realty was founded 75 years ago in Vancouver. The Macdonald Real Estate Group is British Columbia’s only locally owned full service Real Estate Company. MacDonald Realty has a Residential Division, Commercial division, Mortgage Division, Platinum Project Marketing Division, Property Management Division, International Referral Division and The Canadian Real Estate Investment Centre in Shanghai China. I am proud to say I work for Macdonald Realty. It is a great company with the same standards and ethics of American Express.
I have a high level of problem solving and negotiating skills which has allowed the successful processing of customer service activities and account management. Through my working relationship with customers I have developed excellent service leadership and team building skills that allowed me to achieve $2 million in annual sales.
I was selected to be a Team Leader. I was involved in many committees including Chairing the Training Committee. I was an “Honour Role” and Appreciation Award recipient. In addition to obtaining my real estate license, I continue to upgrade my skills by completing courses such as Fundamentals in Management, Creating Customer Loyalty, Building Superior Customer Relations, Conflict Resolutions, Building on Your Abilities, Coaching and Feed Back, The Securities course and The Success program. I have also sat on a number of strata boards.
My commitment to volunteering for numerous charities include, The Food Bank, Easter Seals, Ronald McDonald House, Tree Planting, Paddle for Kids, Theatre Cares, Habitat for Humanity and The United Way.
I have traveled extensively. I embrace a healthy life style and like the outdoors, hiking, biking and working out. I also enjoy and attend many cultural events.
The realtor you choose does make a difference especially when you consider:
- Years of experience, expertise and exceptional knowledge of the lower mainland market
- Focused personal attention to your specific needs and budget goals
- Trusty worthy full service dedication with “Extra Mile “client care.
I want you to know that you will be represented by an agent and organization that is second to none. I welcome the opportunity to serve you and ask that you contact me with any questions you may have now or should they arise in the future.
